CANCELLATION POLICY
🌸 KayB Waxing Cancellation Policy 🌸 We totally understand that life happens! To keep things fair for everyone, please note our cancellation policy: • 12 Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will be charged. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service price (no discounts applied). • Payment Issues: If the card on file cannot be charged, your account will be blocked from booking until the balance is paid.
